How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order?
Production of jet ski mat kits generally takes up to 20 business days.
Decal kits are produced within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and the responsiveness of email exchanges during visual validation.
Delivery takes between 2 and 15 days depending on the destination.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
Standard Products
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Custom Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
A return or refund is only possible in case of defect or non-conformity.

Decal Kits
What Happens when I Order a Decal Kit?
1. Once the order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with a summary of the information provided.
Within 24 to 48 business hours, we will contact you if:
– information is missing
– clarification is needed on colors, logos, or font.
2. Our graphic designer prepares a mock-up based on the exact model of your machine.
– Average lead time: 5 to 7 business days depending on complexity and volume.
3. The mock-up is sent to you by email for validation.
– You can request 1 or 2 rounds of modifications included in the price.
– Feedback is processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
4. After written validation, we proceed to production.
– Your kit is printed in high quality and laminated with high-quality material.
– Lead time: 7 to 14 business days depending on the schedule.
5. Finally, we package your new decal kit and the tracking information is sent to you by email.
