Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between React Product, operated by FL Company, and any person making a purchase via the website www.react-product.com.
By ordering on our site, you unreservedly accept these GTC.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page.
Photos and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Customized products (custom decal kits, personalized seat covers, etc.) are made according to the customer’s instructions.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (VAT incl.) for EU customers.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery fees are specified during the order process.

4. Order

The customer selects their products, validates their cart, and proceeds to payment.
The order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted.
For customized products, no production begins before written validation of the visual by the customer.

5. Payment

Payments are secured and can be made by:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (upon request)

6. Delivery

  • Areas served: Worldwide
  • Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days for in-stock products;
    1 to 3 weeks for customized products (depending on visual validation).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the country of delivery.
  • A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • For standard products: you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part.
  • Customized products: in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
    A return or refund is only possible in case of defect or non-conformity.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

9. Warranties

Our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in the European Union.
This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by abnormal use
  • lack of maintenance

10. Liability

React Product cannot be held responsible for:

  • delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure
  • the unsuitability of the product for a particular use not specified in the order
  • if the customer has provided incorrect information or files (e.g., misspelling for a name on a kit).

11. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Liège.
